He said that he was walking through the concourse and an usher approached a guy in a wheelchair and asked him where he was watching the game, to which the guy must have told him somewhere not great, because the usher then said “come on, I know a better place for you” and escorted him away to presumably better seats. My employee friend in the marketing department knows nothing of the customer service training we had done, so it was especially great to hear this story come back to me.
